🌱 Member Growth
We follow the Mecha Model (Lepe-Salazar et al., 2025) to guide studios through four phases:
- Independent Developer → build skills and create a prototype.
- Informal Studio → form a team and release small digital games.
- Start-up → operate as a formal business and develop commercially viable games.
- Scale-up → expand significantly, grow portfolios, and prioritise sustainability.
Each stage strengthens ten key areas: Human Resources, Business, Enterprise, Finance, Networking, Marketing, Quality, Sustainability, Risk, and Production.
